My best advise : Avoid this company. We took the international journey between Valparaiso and Mendoza. Some thefts are operating in this company. Or at least we are linked with people from customs at the border. Close well your luggage you put in the trunk. Mine was opened at arrival, the one of my girlfriend was visited and they took her rain jacket from it. We complained when we arrived to the manager of Cata who didn't care, saying that the company is just responsible to bring your luggage to the arrival point. Full or empty? Apparently this is not a big deal for them. He said also that it is the first time he heard something like this. Let me think.... In south America? The first time? Yes, we had really good jokes with that guy. He almost treat us as liars... We went to the police station. The guy who received us was nice, and tell us that it is usual for being robbed... Cata and Andesmar... Unfortunately we do not have the choice to take those two companies to pass the border... But the best way to fight this is to inform other travellers. Take your luggage at the border, or put lockers on them. Take with you, all valuable things even the one you think that doesn't appear THAT valuable. And avoid the companies that have bad reputation. The best thing of that was : the guys from the company who were in charge of the luggage ask for tips...

Mi mamá viajo desde san luis a Córdoba el día 8 de enero de 2021 y salvo tomarle la temperatura no se cumplió con ninguna otra Norma del protocolo vigente para la prevención de covid-19. Ni siquiera al ingresar al colectivo les echaron alcohol en las manos y nunca pasó el chofer desinfectando o haciéndole una limpieza al baño que lo usaron y mucho. Consideró que el cuidado debe ser de parte de todo y mucho más aún de parte de estas empresas que prestan servicios públicos. Ojalá puedan mejorar al menos con estas cosas básicas

Très long trajet Cordoba Mendoza. Vieil autobus .Plusieurs arrêts de.moteur intempestif sur la route ,et difficultés de redémarrage..Personnel peu aimable.

Me dirijo hacia Córdoba desde Mendoza el día 16/03. En el horario de 12:30, un asistente de la empresa Cata Internacional me increpó y mal trató por haber sacado un refrigerio, el cual luego de una discusión el mismo admitió que era para los pasajeros. Espero se tomen medidas.

Excelente servicio. Salió y llegó a horario. Excelente comida. Muy Rica y caliente. Puntos en contra: el mal olor en asientos y cortinas, olor rancio, a mugre. El personal muy amable.
